Who are we?
In the course of the year 2012 we - colleagues from different areas of our university - got together and founded the list TU-FAIR. Since we as scientific staff, administrative and technical employees, come from the faculties as well as from the ZUV and other departments, our university is familiar to us from various perspectives and at all levels.
This enables us to approach and solve arising problems or questions specifically and competently in the interest of our employees.
Why TU-Fair?
Our name TU-FAIR stands for the personnel council work at the TU, which we as employees would like to see:
flexible + active + innovative + realistic = FAIR for everyone!
The list TU-FAIR questions deadlocked opinions and solves problems constructively and always in your interest. We do not pursue union politics in the staff council, nor do we have a stubborn list thinking. We stand for the objective exchange of arguments. A fundamental part of our work in the staff council is to look beyond the horizon, to listen to, understand and accept different points of view. Because only those who pull together can move things for everyone!
Who do we represent?
Are you a staff member in the field of science support, research assistant, financed by third party or budget funds, civil servant? We represent you and are there for you!
When can you come to us?
We continuously represent your interests at all levels. In addition to, for example, concluding service agreements for TU employees, we are also there for your personal small and big worries: For example, we help you with conflicts at work, answer your questions on various topics, such as collective bargaining and labor law, or accompany you to meetings in the personnel department. Furthermore, we are represented in all important working groups and stand up for your rights.
